Certificate & Jewelry Metal Guide
At Clorosea, we believe that fine jewelry should feel beautiful, meaningful, and transparent. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the stone setting, metal finish, and overall craftsmanship meet our quality standards.
This guide explains our certificate information, quality inspection process, and jewelry metal options, so you can choose your ring with confidence.
Certificate & Quality Assurance
Clorosea jewelry may include a stone authenticity certificate or quality card depending on the selected product, stone type, and carat weight.
For moissanite jewelry, a moissanite authenticity certificate or quality card may be included to help confirm the stone identity and key details.
For selected lab-grown diamond pieces, an independent IGI or GIA report may be included when clearly stated on the product page.

Please note that certificate type may vary depending on the product option, stone size, and selected style. If a specific certificate is important to you, please contact us before placing your order.
Quality Inspection Before Shipping
Before shipment, each Clorosea piece goes through a careful quality inspection. We check the stone setting, prongs, metal finish, polishing, ring structure, and overall appearance to make sure the jewelry is ready for everyday wear and meaningful moments.
Our goal is to provide jewelry that feels secure, refined, and comfortable from the moment it arrives.
Jewelry Metal Guide
Choosing the right metal is an important part of choosing your jewelry. Different metals have different levels of purity, color, durability, and long-term care needs.
925 Sterling Silver
925 sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver, usually mixed with other metals to improve strength and durability. It is a beautiful and affordable choice for everyday jewelry.
Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time, so we recommend keeping it dry, avoiding harsh chemicals, and cleaning it gently with a soft jewelry cloth.
10K Gold
10K gold contains approximately 41.7% pure gold. It is durable, practical, and more resistant to everyday wear compared with higher-karat gold options.
This is a good choice for customers who want real gold with strong durability and a more budget-friendly price.
14K Gold
14K gold contains approximately 58.5% pure gold. It is one of the most popular choices for fine jewelry because it offers a strong balance of durability, color, and value.
For engagement rings and daily-wear pieces, 14K gold is often a very practical and elegant option.
18K Gold
18K gold contains approximately 75% pure gold. It has a richer gold content and a more luxurious appearance.
Because 18K gold contains more pure gold, it is generally softer than 10K or 14K gold. It is a beautiful choice for customers who prefer a more refined and premium feel.
Platinum
Platinum has a naturally silvery-white appearance and is loved for its elegant, timeless look. It pairs beautifully with moissanite and diamond-like stones.
At Clorosea, platinum is available in a silvery-white tone only. It is a premium option for customers who prefer a bright, classic metal color.
White Gold, Yellow Gold & Rose Gold
White gold has a bright, elegant look and pairs beautifully with moissanite and diamond-like stones.
Yellow gold has a warm, classic appearance and is often chosen for vintage-inspired or timeless jewelry designs.
Rose gold has a romantic pink tone, usually created by blending gold with copper. It is a popular choice for soft, feminine, and meaningful jewelry styles.
Which Metal Should I Choose?
If you want an affordable and beautiful option, 925 sterling silver is a good choice.
If you want durable real gold at a more accessible price, 10K gold is a practical option.
If you want the best balance of durability, beauty, and value, 14K gold is highly recommended.
If you want a richer and more luxurious gold option, 18K gold is a premium choice.
If you prefer a premium silvery-white metal tone with a timeless look.
