Warranty Policy

At Clorosea, we stand behind the exceptional craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is designed for longevity, but fine jewelry requires mindful care and professional maintenance to preserve its brilliance.

1. Manufacturing Warranty

We offer a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Inclusions: Issues such as metal cracking or stone loss due to structural flaws.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, improper use, external force, pressure, impact, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or exposure to chemicals. This includes, but is not limited to, band deformation, loose stones, stone loss, metal discoloration, or other related damage.

2. Ring Resizing

We offer one-time resizing for most rings within 3 months of delivery.

Technical Assessment Required: To maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic of our minimalist designs, all resizing requests must be pre-approved by our master jeweler.

The "Structural Integrity" Rule: If a request to "size up" results in a dangerously thin band or compromises the setting, we reserve the right to recommend a full remake instead of a manual stretch.

Note: Certain eternity bands or tension settings are "final size" and cannot be resized.

3. Stone Replacement & Repair

We differentiate between center stones and accent stones to provide the fairest coverage:

Accent Stones (Side Stones): We provide complimentary replacement for accent stones (under 0.05ct) within the first 12 months, provided the loss was not caused by impact.

Center Stones: While we provide lifetime tightening and inspection services, we do not provide complimentary replacement for center stones. We strongly recommend obtaining personal jewelry insurance to protect against center stone loss or theft.

Evaluation: Our jewelers will inspect the prongs under 10x magnification. If the prongs are bent or snapped due to force, a repair fee will apply.

4. Refurbishing & Professional Care

To keep your Clorosea piece looking brand new:

Complimentary Refinishing Service: We offer one complimentary surface plating refresh and polishing service, including but not limited to rhodium plating, gold plating, rose gold plating, and other plated finishes, to help restore the shine and appearance of your jewelry.

Lifetime Spa Service: We offer lifetime complimentary ultrasonic cleaning and prong inspections at our studio. We recommend a "health check" every 6 months.

Important Terms & Conditions
Third-Party Alterations: Any repairs, resizing, or engravings performed by a jeweler other than Clorosea will void your warranty.

*Shipping: Customers are responsible for insured shipping to our studio. Clorosea is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
