What if I don't like the design?

We revise until you love it — unlimited revisions during the design phase. You only pay when you approve the final CAD and we begin production. If we can't get it right, you walk away with no charge and no hard feelings.

Do custom rings come with a warranty?

Yes. All custom pieces are covered by our Lifetime Warranty — free cleaning, resizing, and repairs for life. Custom rings are made uniquely for you and are not eligible for standard returns unless there is a confirmed defect or production error. However, we offer design revisions before production and warranty support after delivery.
