We want you to love your Clorosea jewelry. If you aren't fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in "as-received" condition.
  • Non-Returnable: Custom sizes, engravings, bespoke designs, items damaged by misuse, or orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

2. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Every piece is handcrafted to order. Fees apply based on production progress:

Timing Standard Orders (6-8 days)  Rush Orders (4 days)
Early Stage <8 hrs: Free cancellation/edit <6 hrs: Free cancellation/edit
Mid Stage 8 hrs – 3 days: 35% cancel fee / 20% edit fee >6 hrs: No cancellations. 40% edit fee
Late Stage >3 days: 60% cancel fee / 40% edit fee Final stage: No changes/cancellations
Completed No changes or cancellations allowed No changes or cancellations allowed

 

3. Manufacturer Warranty (Full Refund/Exchange)

We offer a Full Refund, Repair, or Replacement if our team confirms a manufacturing defect within 30 days, such as:

  • Loose or fallen gemstones (under normal wear).
  • Structural defects or incorrect order fulfillment (wrong size/style/engraving).

*Note: Subjective style preferences or customer-provided errors (wrong size) are not covered.

4. Returns for Personal Reasons

Because each Clorosea ring is made to order, non-quality returns are handled with a partial refund or store credit. Please review your size, metal, and stone selections carefully before production begins.

  • Option A: 30% Refund to your original payment method.
  • Option B: 50% Refund as permanent Store Credit.
  • Condition: Item must be in original condition. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. Lifetime Care & Trade-In

  • Lifetime Maintenance: We provide ongoing repairs (stone tightening, re-plating, polishing) for Clorosea. Structural failures may not be repairable. Customers pay shipping to us; we cover the return shipping.
  • Trade-In Service: Exchange your old Clorosea piece (in good condition) for up to 40% credit toward a new order.
