I wanted something special for our 20th anniversary, and for my wife finishing her breast cancer treatments. She loves the ring, wears it all the time. Aquamarine is the 20 year gemstone, which is why I wanted the ring with that stone, and the Aquamarine is beautiful, as is my wife.
